We should all understand this stuff (maybe a lot of it is obvious, but I wanna make sure we are all on the same page)

I do like the quote "Las Vegas was built on the carcasses of fallen bank accounts"
plus these are a bit sales-like but interesting:

(they haven't finished building the rest of the website yet!)
Good guides.
ReplyDeleteInteresting points regarding table reservation.
1 bottle of Vodka? Are we happy that would be enough for 5 of us? I take it we would supplement that with some beers, but wonder if they cost the same as they do at the bar? Also, is that what they mean by $700 of inclusive booze (1 bottle???) from Paul's earlier post about Tao?
Sounds like they're saying a group of 5 lads with 1 bottle are high on the list to be "bumped" if something better comes along - are we concerned by that?
What do we know about these guys? Site looks pretty legit, but as you say a lot of it is not ready - although I see they have a link to Bachelor party services?
Queuing for 2/3 hrs every night sounds pretty bad unless the queues have drink stations and good views (as was the case at Pure).
I like the idea of them helping us sort out a few nights all with one phone call. I guess ultimately we're going to need a plan of attack and it seems like we all need to be together to thrash out the details - first job in the nearest bar when we get to the MGM?
I think we only need to avoid the queuing if that is still an option.
ReplyDeleteI browsed one of the ultra pool bar menus last night and noted that it was $450 per bottle.
$16 per cocktail (or $85 per cocktail pitcher [god knows how much you get])
I believe they had on the menu a magnum of champagne for $20,000. This is what raisethepot can get us after his tournament win.
