Manchester Airport

Below are the options for getting to the airport. (All 5 of us are coming from Liverpool)

  • Might be able to get 2 lifts off people (leaving in the region of 5am!)
  • Taxi - £80 - £100 between us? If we can all get in one
  • Park & Ride (1.5 miles out) - £28 per car (2 cars min.)
  • On site park & shorter ride (possibly more secure) - £39 per car (2 cars min.)

Thoughts?

    You should be able to book on a minibus that picks you up from home for a reasonable amount. That's what we usually do.
    I can get a quote if you want.

    I've just rang the minibus company we always use.
    If everyone gets picked up from the same address, they can do 5 people return with luggage for £75.
    Price will go up if we want to go from different addresses.

    So maybe we all head to yours or Pips at about 5am. I reckon a minibus will take 40/45 mins? Check in just before 6am for a 7.40 take off?
