Jamaica Boy - Pub Crawl

As we said, never tried it before so thought to give it a go. Predicabley it was a gang of miss fits and chaos getting everyone a wrist band and free shot. 

We were too late to be checked in at the first bar so meet at the second to be processed. After which we stood outside the bar and bought our own drinks waiting for them to leave for Omnia. 

After the first group left Rob went to check ours to find they had left via a back door leaving us. If we miss enters into Omnia disaster...

Hot foot to the club and caught them. Usual queue before we got in then wrist bands off....

So we avoided any attempt of socialising and just used this for a queue jump. God knows how it works with clubs 3 & 4 - with the walk and the I'd checks there can't be more than an hour in each.

Friday night

XS was immense balls as usual!
Chainsmokers ripped it up.
Now playing poker till a week next Thursday.

Day 2

After a couple of hours sleep the day has been spent on the strip enjoying a few beers.

The Deane brothers walked the length of the strip and Paul and I met them at BeerHaus where we grabbed some food and enjoyed some craft ales dissecting last night and planning the next few.

An organised bar crawl was discussed but seemed to fall flat until we met a guy at a sales kiosk who told us what they do on a Vegas bar crawl, and after a discussion Rob and Phil have gone off to negotiate a deal.

Sounds a bit like an 18-30s holiday, but gets you a lot of booze and entry into a couple of big clubs, where Nervo and Steve Aoki are playing, which were clubs we already had on the shortlist.

They've been negotiating for ages, perhaps sending them was a bad idea, captain cynical and his sidekick...

Amazing night!!!

All checked in ready to go. Can't help feel that this is over planned. Which will all go out the window as soon as we touch down.

Not so sure about sitting in a bar watching the NFL draft.. but as for everything else.. how many days are we going for?!

Here we are, almost six years to the day of the last post. Four of the original five of us are off to Vegas again, this time for Pippy's stag do. 

Dates 27th April - 5th May

Venetian for 3 nights 

Aria for 4 nights

What's happened since last time? 

• Exchange rate down from $1.60 to $1.20
• Number of kids between us from 3 to 10!
• 24 man years of experience accumulated. 
• Less hair in places, more grey hair in places
• Phones actually have photo quality that is acceptable.  iPhone 4 is now 7
• Brexit
• Trump
